All pups bred by our kennels are reared in a loving family environment & great care is taken to ensure that they are in top condition when leaving for their new homes.
1. To keep the pups in this condition as they grow, we require that you, as the new owner, continue to feed the diet recommended by our Kennels
Please refer to the diet sheet provided by our kennels. Following this will aid you to keep your pup in good health.
2. Unless otherwise arranged, your pup will be placed on the Limited register of the RNSWCC, which means that you have a registered pedigree for your pup but is sold as a pet only & not for breeding or show purposes.
2a. If it is arranged that your pup is placed on the Main Register for breeding & show purposes, we expect that our advice be sought as to suitable bloodlines for any prospective matings & that BOTH animal s must be hip & elbow scored at 12 months of age or soon after & definitely prior to any matings. This is in the best interest of the breed.
3. We request that you keep us, as the breeder, informed as to any change of address, desexing of animal, etc.
4. As the registered breeder we expect to be informed if the animal is to be resold so that we can be extended the courtesy of first option to repurchase or rehome the dog.
5. If any health problems start to occur, e.g. failure to thrive, limping, temperament concerns, we expect to be informed immediately so that appropriate advice can be provided to us, as the breeder, by our own vet.
This is in the best interest of all concerned, especially the dog.
If the animal does prove to have a genetic condition that greatly impacts on the quality of life of the animal, our Kennel will offer a replacement pup from the next available litter or refund the purchase price of the animal, in full or part, depending on the individual circumstances.
N.B. This genetic guarantee will be voided if you, as the owner, have failed to follow our written advice as to diet, exercise restrictions &/or weight guidelines.
6. No animal, bred by our kennels, is to be euthanased without first consulting us, unless it is due to old age or severe trauma.
